IT Shared Services (ITSS) is part of the Finance Division of The University of North Texas System. The mission of ITSS is simple: To be the best at delivering customer-aligned IT solutions and services. Services are provided to all member institutions using an IT shared services governance model.


IT Shared Services Strategic Plan Approved

IT Shared Service (TSS) has developed a three-year Strategic Plan for their services.  This plan has been reviewed and approved by all three layers of the IT governing structure (all five Program Management Committees, the IT Governance Council and the Shared Services Council).  The plan is now posted on the ITSS web site at http://itss.untsystem.edu/about-itss/strategic-plan.  The ITSS Leadership team is working to develop an initiative based, high level, three-year timeline for implementing approved init

Dictionary.com defines Adaptability as: Able to adjust oneself readily to different conditions. Change is upon us. Serious change.
