The UNT Toulouse Graduate School has a powerful new tool for their recruitment activities at the start of the 2012-2013 Academic Year. It is called the GRAD Prospective Student Import.

Phase 1 completed of New Data Center Monitoring Tool

ITSS Operations & Infrastructure Support has installed the first phase of the new Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tool.  The tool will provide real time monitoring of various environment conditions related to all ITSS data centers.  When fully implemented, a vast number of resources will be monitored.

New Access request Form Goes Online

The EA Security and User Services team (EISSEC), working in conjunction with Access Control Executives (ACE) at all UNT System institutions, has developed a generic security form.  The purpose of the form is to meet three needs: (1) give end users a common place to request access to EIS and other supported IT resources, (2) provide ACEs a standardized way of gathering information from users, (3) provide ACEs a place to store requests for audit purposes.
