Revisions Approved for IT Program Management Committee Charter

The IT Program Management Committee (ITPMC) Charter was revised and approved July 25th,. The most substantive changes in the revisions are new quorum rules and new voting rules.

An IT program is defined by the UNT System as a collection of related IT projects and services undertaken to achieve a collective goal or purpose. There are five IT Program Management Committees: Academic & Research Technology, Finance and Administration Applications, Student Administration Applications, Productivity and Collaboration, and IT Infrastructure and Strategy. Each committee is charged with deciding major program objectives, schedules, priorities, service compositions, and service levels for each of their respective programs within the authority delegated to it by the IT Governance Council. Each ITPMC is responsible for IT Governance at the program level, resolving escalated issues when needed, and overseeing the activities of several IT Service Committees where applicable.

The ITPMC Charter is available on the IT Shared Services web site.
