When your iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) is having problems, power it off and back on. Restarting the device flushes its memory, which might resolve the problem. To help avoid problems, I restart my iOS devices at least weekly.

I was informed by our Apple rep that the new App Store is for consumers, not enterprise/education. Hopefully this will change in the near future so purchasing and updating apps on the Macs on campus will be possible through the App Store.
