Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary-Truett Auditorium
2001 West Seminary Drive
Fort Worth, Texas 76115

The Hooding Ceremony honors the relationship between the faculty mentor and the graduating student. The mentor places the hood of the regalia over the head of the graduate, signifying his or her success in completing the graduate program. The ceremony is similar to a graduation in that faculty and students are dressed in academic regalia.

Following the hooding ceremony, honors and awards are given to select students based on their tremendous accomplishments here in the School of Public Health at UNT Health Science Center.
