Onboarding FAQ

NOTE: Internet Explorer is the recommended browser for onboarding.

1. When I click on the onboarding link, I receive an error message: 'Authorization Error - Contact your Security Administrator'
2. What if I receive an error message stating that my EUID is invalid?
3. What if I receive an error message stating that my birthdate is not a match?
4. What if I still receive an error message stating that my birthdate is not a match and I am entering it in the correct format?
5. What if I do not have a password?

9.  The Welcome Aboard screen has a black square on the page, and nothing else.
10. The system is not allowing me to return to the main page. Why?
11. What if I do not want to use direct deposit, or do not have all of the information necessary to set up direct deposit at that time?
12. I looked at the Employee Guide, Notices, Policies, and Workers’ Compensation documents on the Policies, Information, and Notices page, but I still cannot return to the main page. Why?

19. Onboarding has been completed. The department cannot find the name or EMPLID in the list to authenticate the I-9 documents. What is wrong?
20. How do I correct the employees’ section of the I-9.
21.How do I correct the employers’ section of the I-9.
22.The I-9 documents the employee presented include receipt(s) for documents they will receive at a later time. How is their information updated when they have received the official document(s)?.
23.Upon complettion of the I-9, a mistake was noticed in either the employee or employer section.  How can we report it?.
