Problems with Online Access
Current UNTHSC students, faculty members, and staff members can access Lewis Library's resources from off-campus locations and using other networks. Normally, you will be prompted to log in with your UNTHSC network user name and password when you try to access a restricted resource. To avoid this, or to access other resources on the network, log in first using the free VPN software provided by the Helpdesk & Client Services Department.
If you encounter problems when trying to access our resources, use the table below to contact the appropriate department for support.
