CETS offers services in support of the academic and technology needs of our faculty, staff and students at UNTHSC.

CETS offers full classroom technology support including all audio/visual equipment and related services, as well as consultation, equipment rentals, project management and event support.

CETS “get started” services (i.e. setting up a room for a presentation) are at no cost to UNTHSC faculty, staff, and students while on campus during normal business hours. Additional services, including full event support where the technician remains with the presenter for the duration of the event may be billed to the department at $30/hour via Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT).

Off campus (non-UNTHSC property) and non-business hour/special events rates are billable. Rates may vary based on the location and time, but will be based on $20/hour Monday-Thursday, and $40/hour for Fridays and weekends. Additional travel charges may also be assessed. Technicians are not available after midnight on any day.

CETS Equipment Rental and Check Out

Certain equipment is available for check out for current faculty/staff and students. For pricing please look at Service and Equipment Pricing for August 2012-2013.

Request equipment by emailing cets@unthsc.edu and including the following information: Name and number of Contact, place of event, start time, end time, equipment/services needed.
