The procedure of payment of a nine-month contract over twelve months is intended for those employees with a stable income expectation. Any payroll change requested during the year regardless of the reason may result in termination of the twelve-month payment agreement at the option of the Controller provided full settlement is made with the employee and payment reverts to a nine-month basis.
