Have you reviewed your October 1, 2012 paycheck detail?  Did you know you can review your paycheck through your employee portal?  To review your paycheck log onto: www.my.unt.edu  or www.my.hsc.edu.  You will need your Employee User ID (EUID) and password to log into the site.

1. Choose the Human Resources tab
2. Select “view paycheck” on the left side of the page

It is important that you review your paycheck as soon as possible. The October 1 paycheck was the first paycheck of the new fiscal year for those employees who are paid monthly. When viewing your paycheck please carefully review your earnings and deductions. Benefit deductions should also be reviewed in order to verify that you are enrolled in the coverage you chose during annual enrollment. 

As a reminder, there was a 7.36 percent increase in health insurance premiums for plan year 2013. If you notice that incorrect deductions are being taken, please contact BSC Human Resources-Benefits at 940-369-5545 or 855-868-4357 or email bsc@untsystem.edu.

*Note: Life insurance and disability insurance premiums are salary- and age-based. Therefore, if you had a salary change you should expect to see a change in your premium. In addition, if you changed age bands (counted in 5 year increments, example: 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, etc.) you can expect to see a premium change. Age and salary are determined only on September 1 of each fiscal year, and remain unchanged until the next fiscal year.
