Online payment options include credit and debit cards. Permits purchased online will be mailed to the registrant’s preferred address. Please print your receipt to use as a temporary permit until the actual permit is mailed to you.
In-person payment options include cash, check, credit and debit cards. Permits will be issued upon purchase in the lobby.
Everyone will need to renew their permit annually, updating or confirming their vehicle information, whether they use the lobby service or online service. All outstanding parking citations must be paid before obtaining a new parking permit. Fines may be paid in the Parking Office Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
To save costs, UNTHSC will use the same online parking system as UNT Denton for permit purchases, and the site will have the Denton campus name on it.
Anyone with questions may contact the Parking Office at 817-735-2211 or email parking@unthsc.edu
Pursuant to the authority granted by the Texas Education Code, the UNTHSC adopted regulations to control parking and traffic, the use of parking facilities, to provide for the issuance of parking permits and to provide fair and consistent application of the parking regulations.
The operation of a motor vehicle on UNTHSC property or property under its control (hereafter defined as campus) is a privilege granted by the center rather than a right. Each vehicle operator is responsible for knowing and following the regulations. The UNTHSC Police Department has the authority to enforce these regulations, including the right to immobilize or impound vehicles for specific reasons. The owner or operator of an immobilized or impounded vehicle may pay the costs incurred for immobilizing or impounding, in addition to any traffic violation notice fees or citations.
UNTHSC assumes no responsibility for any vehicle or its contents while the vehicle is parked or operated on campus. All vehicle operators should lock or otherwise secure their vehicles to deter theft or other criminal acts.
PARKING DECALS ARE TO BE ATTACHED TO THE LOWER RIGHT (PASSENGER'S SIDE) CORNER OF THE FRONT WINDSHIELD ONLY.
