KINSTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- Police say they've made two arrests after a woman called 911 saying she could hear burglars in her home.
It happened just after 7 p.m. Monday in the 2200 block of Stallings Drive in Kinston.
When officers with the Kinston Dept. of Public Safety Law Enforcement Division arrived, they said a man jumped from a second-story window of the home and fled.
Police arrested 33-year-old Nakia Audrell Becton a short time later on Riley Road.
Officers said a second man - 27-year-old Jneaka Jaroyce Sutton - was found hiding in an upstairs closet.
Becton was charged with first-degree burglary, felony larceny, and possession of stolen goods. He was booked into the Lenoir County Jail under an $80,000 bond.
Sutton was charged with first-degree burglary. His bond was set at $50,000.
