News: Commandos, USSF recover weapons cache in Parwan

PARWAN, Afghanistan – Soldiers from 2nd Company, 1st Commando Kandak, partnered with Special Operations Task Force – East, recovered a weapons cache in Eshqabad village, Jabal-e Saraj District, Parwan province, March 3.
The cache included 60 anti-personal mines and a DShK anti-aircraft weapons system. The cache was moved from the location prior to destruction to protect the population.
