WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement Tuesday expressing strong disappointment in the Senate’s failure to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
