Drum Room gets a restaurant, too

Just six years ago, the former President Hotel reopened as the Hilton President Kansas City after a massive renovation. But owner Ron Jury wasn’t finished. In late August he shut down the historic Drum Room space for another reboot. It reopened Thursday as part lounge, part restaurant.
