Sen. Levin Statement on 9/11 Anniversary

Tuesday, September 11, 2012

WASHINGTON – Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., made the following statement on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks:

“The events of September 11, 2001, will never be forgotten. Both the pain of loss and the comfort of coming together as a nation in response are indelibly etched on our national conscience. As we pause once again to mark that day, let us keep in our thoughts those we lost on that tragic morning, the loved ones they left behind, and the brave men and women of our military who have sacrificed so much to protect us from harm.”
