Workshop

This year's workshop will take place on Tuesday, October 30, 2012  at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Heinz Campus near Aspinwall, PA in the Building 71 Learning eXchange.  Attendees will receive information and assistance from experts on a variety of topics including:

• Resume writing
• Communicating with potential employers
• Interviewing skills
• Applying for Federal positions
• Mastering the online search
• Translating your military experience into civilian employment

Sign-in/Registration begins at 9:00 am and the workshops begin at 10:00 am.  Appointments for one-on-one resume assistance are available from 2:00-4:00 pm.

The event is free to all Veterans and includes free continental breakfast and lunch.

Attendance is limited to the first 60 Veterans who registerand pre-registration is required for all attendees.  To pre-register, complete and submit our online registration form:

4th Annual Veterans Employment Expo

This year's Expo will take place on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorialin Oakland.  All participating employers have committed to hiring Veterans and are looking forward to meeting you!

The event takes place from 9:00am-1:00pm.

No pre-registration is required for the Employment Expo.
