As a father and former teacher he says congress should be inspiring people and other workplaces to offer as many opportunities as possible to students with special need.

Most of these people can do work if you if they just given a chance.

And I'm willing to give them a chance.

These internships are designed to help students build their confidence and job skills.

But they also end -- staffers a few things to.
