The Warsaw: ‘A private park in the middle of the city’ attracts condo buyers

The Warsaw condo building occupies the entire north side of the 1400 block of West Main Street in Richmond’s Fan District, but even dedicated commuters can be forgiven for missing it. It sits back on a manicured, 2.7-acre lot behind a tall brick wall topped with a metal fence, and its present-day entrance actually faces Floyd Avenue. Plus, some of its brightly painted neighbors on Main Street are a little more eye-catching.
