Sec. 2. Expenses incident to the designing and procurement of such seal shall be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate upon vouchers signed by the President pro tempore of the Senate. Sec. 3. A description and illustration of the seal adopted pursuant to this resolution shall be transmitted to the General Services Administration for publication in the Federal Register. [S.
