Could this be Frank Gould whose sister Helen adopted his children? She is a couple pictures ahead in this group.

It kind of looks like the picture on the Wikipedia link for Francis Gould, but in that picture, the man is much older, and it is listed as taken in 1902. So if that's correct it must be a different F. Gould.
