Karl Franz Joseph Ludwig Hubert Georg Otto Marie von Habsburg-Lothringen, or Charles I of Austria for short.

The son is Franz Joseph Otto Robert Maria Anton Karl Max Heinrich Sixtus Xavier Felix Renatus Ludwig Gaetan Pius Ignatius, or Crown Prince Otto (not Franz as the caption claims). He's still alive at age 98, and known as Otto von Habsburg.

There's one thing I love most from royal-blood (which might be just in my imagination about them) is the up-high behavior to everyone around them. It's beautiful and necessary to build society in good order (that leads to safety) compares to the chaos of demo-showing-off these days.

And the good-looking king with his son's appearance here does bring respect, something we don't see in parliaments in general.
