Sgt. Residents at the complex have been without power since Hurricane Sandy hit the Northeast last week. Despite the effects of a second large storm, citizen-soldiers removed water from three buildings at the complex. The unit deployed into the area in direct support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, state and local officials.
