Brig. Gen. Warren D. Berry is the Director of Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. He is responsible for policy and guidance to aircraft maintenance, munitions maintenance, transportation, supply, logistics plans, civil engineering, security forces and contracting activities. He provides direction and guidance to more than 23,000 personnel assigned to 81 locations supporting 255 aircraft, more than 10,000 vehicles, more than 58 million square feet of facility space, approximately 25,000 acres of real property, and $700 million of contract support each year. He also serves as the AFFOR A4/7, providing operational logistics and installation support to both EUCOM and AFRICOM. The general has a staff of 356 people and advocates and supports a command installations and
logistics budget of approximately $5 billion.

General Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and was commissioned a second lieutenant through the ROTC program as a distinguished graduate. He entered active duty in January 1988 as an acquisition officer at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, before cross-training into aircraft maintenance in 1992. He served as an Air Staff logistics programmer and commanded the 435th Mission Support Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, as well as two aircraft maintenance squadrons. Prior to his current assignment, General Berry commanded the 78th Air Base Wing at Robins AFB, Ga.
