Brig. Gen. VeraLinn "Dash" Jamieson is the Deputy Commanding General, Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435, Kabul Afghanistan. 
 
General Jamieson entered the Air Force through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program as a graduate of West Virginia University. A career intelligence officer and USAF Fighter Weapons School graduate, she commanded at every echelon from detachment through group level. Combat experienced and an operational expert, she directed intelligence operations for multiple contingencies to include operations Allied Force, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
