The gas prices being in paid in California are worrying Congressman Fred Upton. The St. Joseph Republican says those $5-plus per gallon prices are proof that the country is falling short of a quote, "true, all of the above, energy policy."
Upton says he has a personal interest beyond his role as the chairman of the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee, as one of his brothers is a teacher in the Golden State. He says wind and solar energy are needed components, but there has to be more for the times the wind doesn't blow and the sun doesn't shine.
