An Algiers man was arrested in connection with the burglary of a Belle Chasse cigarette store, Plaquemines Parish Sheriff Lonnie Greco announced. Randy Declouet, 31, 1611 Odeon Ave., is accused in the June 27 burglary of the Belle Chasse Cigarette Discount Store.
