The Harvey Mansion, in historic New Bern, N.C., is the most haunted location on the Ghosts of New Bern Tour and also has been investigated by the Eastern Carolina Paranormal Instigators on Halloween night in 2010. If you are brave enough the Ghosts of New Bern Tour staff offer a package, which includes a one night stay at the Harvey Mansion, a free breakfast, a copy of the book “Ghosts of New Bern,” and a chance to take the tour.
