THE BERGAMOT AREA PLAN

 

The Draft Bergamot Area Plan was released this week, and is now available to view at the project website: www.bergamotplan.net. The plan is the culmination of two years of community effort and envisions a walkable complete mixed-use neighborhood with a focus on arts and the creative industries. This unique plan includes standards and guidelines for development and for streets and other public works projects that will transition this area “from industry to artistry” as the Expo Line advances.
