Arriving in Ontario last night from Washington, DC-- you can see the sun setting through the smoke from fires in SE Oregon. I've been in close touch with local, state, and federal officials, as well as citizens from the affected areas. I've encouraged all levels of government to be flexible and responsive to the needs of communities, families, and businesses.
