U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy Seabees and U.S. Marines from MWSS-172 constructed a classroom as part of the Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 13). PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance working together on a range of issues including humanitarian assistance which strengthens the interoperability.
