Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will appear in Wilkes-Barre Monday morning with Tom Smith,Republican candidate for U.S. Senate. Smith’s campaign announced the visit set for 11:30 a.m. at the Luzerne County GOP Headquarters at 34 S. Main St. U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey and David Freed candidate for state attorney general will join them.
