H.Res. ___ is expected to be considered on the floor of the House on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, under a motion to suspend the rules, requiring a two-thirds majority vote for passage. The legislation was introduced by Rep. George Miller (D-CA).

H.Res. ___ would resolve that the House of Representatives:

• “Supports the designation of an ‘Ed Roberts Day’;
• “Acknowledges the accomplishments of Ed Roberts in helping reduce barriers, increase access and improve lives for persons with disabilities.”
