On September 13, 2012, I joined my colleagues on the Highways and Transit Subcommittee in reviewing the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's Compliance Safety Accountability Program to ensure that it appropriately evaluates the commercial trucking industry, while still protecting American citizens on our nation's roads.
