U.S. Congressman Austin Scott (GA-08) joined several Senators and more than a dozen House Members for a press conference to introduce H.R. 3844, The Honest Budget Act of 2012. This bill would remove the gimmicks from the budget process allowing for a more accurate and genuine Federal Budget. Excerpts from Rep. Scott's remarks are included below
