Sgt. 1st Class Joy Nitkiewictz, a retention non-commissioned officer with Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battallion, 1st Infantry Division, assigned to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, engages in a video teleconference via Skype Nov. 9, 2012, with students at Stillwater Middle School, Stillwater Okla., to help the students celebrate "Freedom Week" in honor of Veterans Day.
