David White, a security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, pulls security in Farah City during a graduation ceremony for local Afghan interns who completed the RAMP UP program in support of education, governance and and capacity building initiatives in Farah province. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah Province Afghanistan, Nov. 4.
