Robert H. Robertson for Walter Webb from whom Frank Arthur Vanderlip
purchased the house and 23 acres in 1906. William Welles Bosworth
additions for Vanderlip. Landscape: William Welles Bosworth on 125
acres, and Narcissa Cox (Mrs. Frank Arthur) Vanderlip. Today: House
and elements of the landscape design extant as private property; part
of the Scarborough Historic District on the registery of National
Historic Places.
