H.R. 6400 is expected to be considered on the floor of the House on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, under a motion to suspend the rules, requiring a two-thirds majority vote for passage.  The legislation was introduced by Rep. William “Lacy” Clay (D-MO) on November 15, 2010.

H.R. 6400 would designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 111 North 6th Street in St. Louis, Missouri, shall be known and designated as the “Earl Wilson, Jr. Post Office”.
