H.R. 4275 would designate the annex building under construction for the Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals Building in Atlanta, Georgia, as the "John C. Godbold United States Judicial Administration Building."

John C. Godbold, appointed to the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by President Lyn¬don Johnson in 1966, became chief judge of the circuit in 1981.

According to CBO, any costs related to new post office designations, which include the cost of changing the name on the building, signs, and maps, are not significant.
