While being interviewed by Mark Gillar, host of The Tea Party Power Hour, Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator in the Obama Probe Mike Zullo said he would extend an invitation to Ret. Gen. Colin Powell and allow him to review all document fraud evidence collected thus far including some that has not been released to the general public. Further on in the interview he says he believes every American has standing to challenge the eligibility of a sitting president but doesn't think any of the lawsuits have been properly brought to the courts. Zullo says there must be a different tact with some veracity behind it aimed at CONgress.

Up in Washington, during a conversation Tuesday afternoon about the debt ceiling and the ongoing budget battles, my AJC colleague Daniel Malloy asked U.S. Rep. Paul Broun, an Athens Republican, if his role in Congress is to pull the House Republican leadership to the right – given that he is often voting against their wishes and pushing a more conservative course.
Broun said his cause is far bigger, and tied the conversation to President Barack Obama’s inauguration Monday.
“I think my role is to uphold support and defend our Constitution,” he said. “… The Constitution I uphold and defend is the one I carry in my pocket all the time, the U.S. Constitution. I don’t know what Constitution that other members of Congress uphold, but it’s not this one. I think the only Constitution that Barack Obama upholds is the Soviet constitution, not this one. He has no concept of this one, though he claimed to be a constitutional lawyer.”

The following Image is the 1940 Census document discovered by Leslie Bishop a genealogy expert with over 25 years of experience showing the individual, Harry Bounel residing in Bronx, NY. At the time of this Census he was 50 yrs old making his birth year 1890 (get it?) Refer to evidentiary finding #1 for the 1890 DOB anomaly.
The following image will prove that Harry Bounel did in fact exist and that he was in fact born in 1890, the same year as associated with the SSN that Obama stole. This image details Harry Bounel with his DOB of 1890 as stated in the PDF that Susan Daniels sent me in June of 2011. Harry Bounel’s listing is on line (48). Refer to evidentiary finding #1
The above image does in fact prove that Obama’s alter ego Harry Bounel did in fact exist and was a resident of the Bronx in 1940 when this US Census was taken. This discovery was in fact accomplished with the expertise of Leslie Bishop who has well over 25 years of geneology experience. This discovery led Leslie to inquire about having a FOIA discovery of SSA records with Harry Bounel and the SSN of 042-68-4425 just to verify that the record could in fact exist and that the proof that Obama has been using a stolen social security number could in fact and finally be proven.
In September of 2012 Leslie did in fact complete her FOIA request from the Social Security Administration on the search for Harry Bounel’s social security number. She completed the FOIA request. Leslie specifically requested information for, Harry Bounel with the SSN 042-68-4425 and this is what she received:

The following image is of the letter that Leslie received back from the SSA pertaining to her specific FOIA request for Harry Bounel’s SSN verification for the SSN of 042-68-4425. Now, bear in mind that if he were still alive Harry Bounel would be well over 120 years old.
There is one Numident record for each SSN ever assigned. A numident is the social security number itself. It, the number is only assigned once and is never used again unless it is stolen.
Leslie received this letter in response to her specific search of Harry Bounel’s record using the SSN 042-64-4425 and the letter which she received was a letter protecting the information for a 120 year old man who is long since dead.
“They acknowledged my request for THAT numident and denied my request. In other words, that record exists and since there is only one Numident per SS# and that Numident for Harry Bounel with SS# 042-68-4425 apparently exists, then its not possible that O is using that number legally and it is apparent that Bounel is the original holder of that number.” As stated by Leslie Bishop.
Based on the evidence provided in this article and by the individuals listed in this article that have supplied the evidentiary findings for this article, The Obama Hustle has determined that Barack H Obama has committed several counts of social security fraud and should be brought to justice for his high crimes and misdemeanors against the American people.

Maybe a Born Citizen But Not A "Natural Born Citizen"

Barack Obama eligibility supporters maintain that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” and therefore eligible to be President. But to do so, they have blended together, through ignorance or intent, “citizen,” “born citizen,” and “natural born Citizen,” and denied that there is a critical constitutional distinction between these phrases. These supporters and enablers, who I call the citizen/born citizen/natural born citizen conflationists, in constitutionally supporting Barack Obama to be president, have allowed our Constitution, the rule of law, and our nation to be violated. Allow me to explain.
In order to understand the meaning of an Article II “natural born Citizen,” we have to understand the constitutional distinction between a “citizen,” “born citizen,” and “natural born Citizen.” The first constitutional distinction is between “citizen” and “natural born Citizen.” In Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 the Framers provided in pertinent part: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President.” Here, we see the Framers distinguished between a “natural born Citizen” and a “Citizen of the United States.” There is no other type of “citizen” mentioned. So, our Constitution, Acts of Congress, and treaties, call “citizens,” or members of the United States, either “natural born Citizens” or “citizens of the United States.” As we shall see, the former are defined by American common law (the definition being based on natural law and the law of nations) and the latter by the Fourteenth Amendment (the definition being in part based on colonial English common law), Congressional Acts, or treaties. From this we can see that a “citizen” is either a “natural born Citizen” or a “citizen of the United States.” Because of the requirement of having to be born in the country to citizen parents, a “natural born Citizen” will necessarily also qualify under these sources as a “citizen of the United States.”
In an interview with ABC's Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos during ABC's special inauguration day coverage this morning, former Secretary of State Colin Powell lashed out at people in the Republican Party who spent the last four years spreading "birther nonsense" and other "things that demonize the president," calling on GOP leaders to denounce such talk - publicly.
"Republicans have to stop buying into things that demonize the president. I mean, why aren't Republican leaders shouting out about all this birther nonsense and all these other things? They should speak out. This is the kind of intolerance that I've been talking about where these idiot presentations continue to be made and you don't see the senior leadership of the party say, 'No, that's wrong.' In fact, sometimes by not speaking out, they're encouraging it. And the base keeps buying the stuff.
"And it's killing the base of the party. I mean, 26 percent favorability rating for the party right now. It ought to be telling them something. So, instead of attacking me or whoever speaks like I do, look in the mirror and realize, 'How are we going to win the next election?"
Rapper Lupe Fiasco was thrown offstage and escorted off the premises of a Washington, D.C. concert hall during a pre-inauguration concert Sunday night, after going on an anti-war, anti-Obama rant, according to concertgoers.
Josh Rogin, a reporter with Foreign Policy magazine, tweeted late Sunday, “Lupe Fiasco just got thrown off stage here at the Hamilton Live after he went on an anti-Obama diatribe mid set.”
“So Lupe played one anti-war song for 30 min and said he didn’t vote for Obama,” he continued, ”and eventually was told to move on to the next song…Lupe refused to move to the next song so a team of security guards came on stage and told him to go.”
Another attendee at the StartUp RockOn event tweeted, “Things going terribly wrong at @lupefiasco performance during#SURO. Kicked off stage, bashing obama…”

What’s the definition of irony?
How about a sitting president who, after four years, has provided next to zero validated information about himself demanding that citizens of the United States undergo more federal background checks to exercise their most basic Second Amendment rights?
That’s just one of the outrages I find in the 23 executive orders issued by the White House designed to discourage law-abiding U.S. citizens from purchasing firearms for their own self-defense and to ensure that tyrants like himself have a monopoly on force in our country.
Sure he wants background checks on all firearms purchases. Why? Because the government wants to know where all the guns are. Never mind that the tragedy that prompted this government and media hysteria for more gun control would not have been averted with all the background checks in the world. The shooter stole his weapon.
But turnabout is fair play.
Background checks?
I think the American people deserve to see some background checks on Barack Obama.
Here’s what most Americans would like to see:
his travel and passport records;
-his academic transcripts;
his records on how he jumped from Occidental College to Columbia and Harvard Law School;
the records on who paid for his education;
his health records;
his school records that would establish his whereabouts from the time he was 5 until he entered Occidental College;
his immigration records to determine if he ever gave up his U.S. citizenship during his travels and years living in Indonesia;
his Social Security records to determine how and why the number he is using was issued by the state of Connecticut, a jurisdiction his official biography claims he never lived in;
his Selective Service registration records;
-his adoption records;
and, of course, his legitimate birth records, which, according to the only law enforcement investigation ever conducted on the matter determined those he has produced are fraudulent.
Developing: 1940 New York Census Shows Obama Alias
Harrison Bounel Born In 1890; Once Lived In Connecticut [ SEE UPDATES BELOW ] [ last updated 1/23/2013 ]
As reported here back in May of 2011 skip-tracer and debt collector Al Hendershot uncovered an alias tied to Barack Obama's Connecticut social security number and Michelle Obama. The following short clip is taken from Hendershot's original TruNews interview that aired back in 2011. He explains how the three are tied together:
Dr. Orly Taitz found the 1940 New York Census at Ancestry.com. The image below is taken from that census which list Harry Bounel and also shows he was born in 1890. That is the same year connected to Obama's social security number. It's also reported Bounel lived in Connecticut at one point. Obama's social security number is a number reserved for CT applicants.
Here are some excerpts from Dr. Taitz's blogon her research efforts in regards to Bounel:
According to 1940 census Harry Bounel was born in Russia in 1890. This is the date of birth on some of Lexis records associated with the Social Security number 042-68-4425, worked as a helper in a store. It is hard to read the name of the store, looks like Zonick store . I will try to get records from Russia. I just got off the phone with a Russian reporter. Also, we had some records showing Harry Bounel residing with Robinson family in CT in 1910. I need help in getting any and all info on Michele Robinson Obama’s great grand mother Rose Ella Cohen, the name strikes me as a name of a Jewish woman from Russia. I need to know, if she was married before she married Robinson. [...]
We see Bounel residing in CT in 1910. The Social Security was issued in 1977 in CT. He was 87 at that time. There was a hospital next to Newton. It was a Newtown psychiatric hospital, where some elderly without family resided their last days. The hospital later was renamed to Fairfield state hospital. This is where the bodies of the Sandy Hook victims were taken for autopsy. What is interesting, is that the hospital contained not only death records, it also for some reason contained immigration and deportation records. My guess is, that most of the info was scrubbed, however these people are sloppy. They did not flatten the PDF file and we got direct connection between Obama and this Ct SSN 042-68-4425 straight from the horses mouth, from the Squatter in Chief Obama. [...]
I see Newtown is right next to DANBURY (where you had placed the switched identities Obama and his Connecticut Social Security number. You had surmised that the identity was taken from someone at a local Danbury NURSING HOME. The official name of the “Newtown nut house” was the FAIRFIELD STATE HOSPITAL. (renamed Fairfield Hills Hospital). Mentally ill patients who had died were buried on site. [...]
What we found out that in 1976-1977, when new SSN laws were adopted, when this CT SNN 042-68-4425 was issued either in Danbury or in Stamford CT Social Security office (both near the hospital) elderly individuals needed to get a SSN in order to get medicare benefits. When people were elderly or patients in the psychiatric hospital, the applications were filled out by the hospital employees. (I saw patients in an advanced Alzheimer’s facility in Ca voting in each and every election. I wonder, how are they voting . So, if elderly Bounel was in this facility, his SSN application was filled out by the hospital personal and signed by the hospital administrator. Please, hurry, everything is being scrubbed as we speak!!!

UPDATE 1: I discovered the reference to Harry Bounel in the 1940 census back in Oct 2012 and have been working with Albert Hendershot quietly for three months now to get CONCRETE proof that this is the original holder of O's social security number. Orly's information is misleading. First the Bounel in the Bronx census is a white man born in 1890 Russia, and he became a naturalized citizen. The Bonnel that she believes was living with Michelle's family in CT is not the same man. The one in CT is listed as born 1860, with a different name spelling, and is mulatto. She is confusing information.
Secondly, there is no known connection to the Newtown CT area nor to any of the hospitals there. A death certificate for Harry Bounel born in Russia has not yet been found. She is running on assumptions. She is assuming that the Bonnel showing in the 1910 census and the one in the 1940 census in NY are the same person. They are not.
Third, and finally, none of her information can be proved until a death certificate for Harry Bounel is found. I have personally submitted FOIAs to the SS admin and have gone back and forth with them for three months now trying to get information. They are asking for proof of death. What I have done with them DOES show a positive inference that O is using Bounel's SS#, however it is not proof and won't stand up in a court of law. My research will now be hampered by Orly prematurely publishing the connection and including misinformation. Any headway I've gained will now be shut down because all avenues to gain documentation will be closed. This is the reason Al and I were keeping this to ourselves so we could find actual proof, not supposition. I had the SS admin in check and was going in for the checkmate, but now that she's published this all doors to documentary proof will be closed.
Al, and I, will publish an article about what I've done shortly, now that we've been forced into being public about it by Orly once again grasping at straws and prematurely tipping our hand. - By Leslie -Source.
