Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Judy Biggert (R-IL-13th) issued the following statement regarding the horrific tragedy in Aurora, Colorado:
 
            “My heart goes out to the victims of this senseless act, as well as their families and loved ones.  It’s hard to imagine that something like this can happen in such a peaceful community.  But as we continue to search for answers, one thing remains clear – we stand united as a nation, determined to seek justice and offer what comfort we may to the community of Aurora, Colorado.  All our thoughts and prayers are with them at this difficult time.”
