My Office

My office provides assistance with naturalization applications, immigrant petitions for relatives and adjustment of status applications.  There are a variety of online tools that can provide answers to your specific situation.  If you need further assistance after reviewing these helpful resources, call our Willowbrook office at (630) 655-2052 and ask for an immigration caseworker.  In order for our office to provide assistance, you must send a privacy release form and a description of your situation to:

To Become a U.S. Citizen

To Check Your Status

To check the status of your naturalization or Green Card application, or to learn more about the expected processing time, visit the United States Citizenship and Immigration website’s Check Status Section. 

 

Forms

There are a variety of forms available for download from the USCIS forms web page. You can request that forms be mailed to you on the USCIS website or by calling 1-800-870-FORM (3676).  Our Willowbrook office also can send you a form.
