There are three tours Congresswoman Foxx can provide constituents of the fifth district who are visiting Washington, DC. More information on these tours can be found below. If you would like to schedule a tour, please fill out and submit the tour request form. Please note that submission of the tour request form does not guarantee tour availability or confirm your tour. White House - Requests cannot be accepted later than 30 days before the desired date; availability and approval is not guaranteed. Tours are conducted at the discretion of the White House on Tuesday through Saturday mornings. These tours are self-guided and take approximately 30 minutes. All attendees will be asked to provide their full name, Social Security number, date of birth, city and state of birth, country of origin, and gender to the congressional office placing the request. U.S. Capitol Building - Congressional tours of the Capitol building are given by office staff. Parties of more than 15 may be asked to go through the U.S. Capitol Visitor Services using an online reservation system located here.  Arrangements should be made at least 15 days in advance and availability is not guaranteed.  For advanced scheduling please contact the DC office for more information at (202) 225-2071. Click here for a list of prohibited items.  For the official website of the U.S. Capitol Visitor Services and more detailed information on tours and the Capitol Visitor Center click here.  No tickets or reservations are required to visit the Capitol Visitor Center itself, including the Exhibition Hall, the Gifts Shops and the Restaurant.  (A ticket is required to view the orientation film and to participate in a tour of the historic Capitol).

Library of Congress - The Library of Congress offers hour-long docent-led tours of the historic Thomas Jefferson Building.  Our office can reserve tours Monday through Friday (except holidays) at 8:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.  Visitors learn about the building's symbolic art and architecture and view the grandeur of the Main Reading Room.
