U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman discusses the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing he chaired today, on the Clean Energy Standard Act (CES), a bill Bingaman introduced earlier this year. CES would provide a financial incentive for utility companies to gradually use more and more clean energy.
