Internships
My office is always accepting applications from students interested in interning in my Washington D.C. or Dallas District Office.
Washington, D.C.
Interns in my Washington, D.C. office will have an opportunity to learn about the legislative process and the federal government by working with the legislative and communications staff members.
If you are interested in serving as a college intern in my Washington, DC office, please email Leigh.Young@mail.house.gov to receive an internship application. Inquire within for application deadlines and other requirements.
Dallas District Office
By assisting my district staff, interns have the opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge about how a Congressional office provides constituent services and interacts with the community.
College students may be able to receive academic credit for their internship. Please check with your college or university for more details.
If you are interested in interning in my Dallas District Office, please contact Sandy Pappas at Sandy.Pappas@mail.house.gov or 972.392.0505.
