Nice share :) ... But ; here is 1 for Big G : if you want people / businesses to stay around : Stop being arrogant . Stop banning accounts because you don't like what / how they share . .... I guess it is more than just 1 or 2 tips :)

I've read here on G+ that themes must be added to your circles in order for your posts to the theme get any feedback, that it is a G+ rule. It occurs to me, though, that since I get so little feedback, perhaps there is some truth to this. I thought if I posted publicly and also tagged a theme that anyone viewing that theme stream would see my post and be able to comment on it, including but not limited to the 'curator' of that theme. I understand that if you don't tag the 'curator' as well as the theme you are less likely to get their personal attention. But for anyone other than the 'curator' does it make any difference at all if the theme is in your circles?

Expand this comment »You are right, for the most part. Including the curator names in the introduction (not in the image tags) will help your image to show up in the curators' streams. Also, some themes have a "Page" as well as a hashtag; #LandscapePhotography +Landscape Photography is one good example of this. So if the theme has a Page, you should include it as well. And ensure that it shows up in "blue", as above. That way you know that G+ has properly flagged what you typed as a hashtag or a Page. The same thing applies when you include curator names - ensure they appear in blue.
But some people (many people?) will search for hashtags that interest them. So it's really more than just the curators that benefit from including the relevant hashtags.
