The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute awards need-based scholarships to Hispanic students. Students may apply for a $1000 grant for an associate’s degree, $2500 for a bachelor’s degree and $5000 for a graduate degree. The application deadline is April 16, 2007 for the 2007-08 year.
