How to use a guided Action:
- In Acrobat XI, choose Tools > Action Wizard.
- Select an Action, such as Archive Documents or Publish Sensitive Information. The Action Wizard loads the guided Action in the Tools pane.
- Click Start.
- Follow the steps presented by the Action Wizard.
- Click the final step to save your file and complete the guided Action.
