How to set up a shared document review:

In Acrobat XI, select the Review panel in the Comment pane.
Choose Send for Shared Review.
Select your preferred Delivery Method to share the file using Acrobat.com* or an internal server.
Enter the email addresses of desired reviewers.
Type in a summary message.
Revise the review deadline as desired.
Click Send*.
